You can use this area to send files to be considered for editorial on SanDiegoWedding.com.
COVER CONTEST:
Before uploading name your image as "COVER-your first and last name" - scroll down to bottom of this page for upload link. Please email us at info@sandiegowedding.com [include the image name] once you have uploaded content so we can send you a release form. We must have the signed permission of photographer who took photo to use.
Engagement Announcements:
Download release and submission form here. Couples must have full rights to use images and signed release from photographer. Please submit images with release. Photo[s] must be free of graphics, logos / text and be at least 8.5” x 11” @ 300 dpi.
Ads & Banners
if images are for an advertisement or listing please name files named "Ad-YourCompany_1, 2, 3 etc..." and use the upload feature below.
if images are of your own wedding announcement please upload as "REAL-Your-Name-WedgingDate"
Style Boards and Advertorial
if you are sending multiple images for style boards, color boards and galleries, DO NOT USE UPLOAD please use yousendit.com for complete files [do not send individual images via yousendit.com] and send to info@sandiegowedding.com
or send on disc to 7958 Camino Alvaro Carlsbad, Ca 92009 saved in files named with couple's name and your company name. We require at least 30 images of various subjects to be able to create a decent style board or color board and images should be 1000 pixels wide @ 100 dpi minimum. Portraits are rarely used for style section.
Videos
If you are sending video files please email us the embed code. Videos are 525 pixels wide for editorial and 520 wide for advertiser galleries.
2. You must have full and clear rights to images.
3. Please notify us that you have uploaded images by email and include any details relevant to images.
4. Love Your Show, inc. reserves the right to decide where and how to use images. By uploading images you agree to all rules and regulations and that you own rights to share images.
